Jay Tierney - Co-Founder
Born and raised in the wine country in Northern California, Jay graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He's been involved in various internet projects and start-ups over the past ten or so years, with a focus in web development and online marketing. He currently spends his days working as the Senior Media Development Manager for Underdog Media.
Tosh Bulger - Co-Founder
A native of Southern California, Tosh graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.S. in Environmental Science. While working as a Biologist for the California Department of Fish & Game, he picked up some PHP and other web-related skills and parlayed them into a career in Internet Media. Tosh currently spends his days as the Manager of Media Services for AudienceScience.
Johnny Brown - Software Engineer
Johnny was hired by Intercraze Media in early 2007 and performed the primary coding behind the new and improved version of our proprietary Content Management System. Additionally, he developed our advanced caching software called PHP Smart Cache, which significantly reduces server loads, bandwidth use, and allows all of our sites to load quickly even during periods of heavy traffic. When he's not working on Intercraze projects he's usually busy tinkering on his ad exchange network 1800 Banners or the occasional freelance programming job.
