However, we do not claim ownership to any of the pictures, videos, jokes, games, animations or any other content featured on the site unless specifically marked as such (usually with a watermark or a specific mention of exclusivity).

Most of the content featured on our network of sites was submitted by our visitors via e-mail with the explicit understanding that we would post it to the website without being in violation of any copyright laws.
